The cover photo is from a set of eight stained-glass panels (below) depicting the life of Blessed Titus Brandsma. The panels were designed by Father Franz Lickteig, O.Carm., for the Carmelite Priory, now called Casa Santa Teresita, in Houston, Texas, in 1959. Henk Vanderdonk, of Eccliastical Art, Inc., of Dallas and who knew Titus personally, assisted in the production of these windows. They were then constructed at the Botz-Meisen Co., in Cologne, Germany. The scenes depicted are self-explanatory.
