Change! Change! Change! It seems like you hear this word everywhere you turn these days. Change in leadership, change in diet, change in technology, change in career, weight, hair style, clothing, people are constantly searching for a change in their lives. So it should be no surprise when the Carmelite Review magazine changed as well. Our new format and colors hope to invite you to spend some time with us enjoying your visit with your Carmelite friends, teachers, and places that you haven’t seen or visited in a while.

We have also changed our readership. We welcome the more than 3,000 Lay Carmelites across the country, who now receive a copy of our magazine. It is our pleasure to bring the good works of these Carmelite spiritual leaders to your doorstep.

Change is also present in the types of material that will be published in our magazine. Along with information about the priests and brothers of the province, you will also enjoy book reviews and spiritual reflections from some of the Provinces’ most prominent theologians.

Change for the sake of change is not worth anything, but change to excite, enliven and inspire is change worth completing. I hope you find our changes worthy of your interest.
