The cover photograph was taken during a concert, January 6, 2008, given by the 25- voice “Kansas City Chorale” in honor of the 150th anniversary of Saint Joseph’s Church in Leavenworth, Kansas. The concert featured selections from “The Carmelite Vespers” (written in 1707) by George Frederick Handel.
